Abstract
This audit allowed for better practice, even though the room for improvement is important. For patients with an Apfel score above 1, prophylaxis' prescriptions increased. The management of anesthesia with halogenated agents, more frequent in rachidian surgery did not influence antiemetics prescriptions. Regular reminders are mandatory to increase frequency and adequacy of prescriptions.
