Abstract
This study examined the three theoretically most effective electron transfer pathways of P450BM3 by a knockout mutant library, previously simulated (MD) by Verma et al. Our experiments confirmed that NADPH-dependent activity, as well as coupling efficiency, could be optimised by engineering these proposed pathways.125
