Abstract
159The Z scheme system can be constructed by loading ZnIn2S4 onto BiVO4. The H2 evolution is successfully realized under the visible light without providing a sacrificial agent, and the activity is greatly improved when the graphene is acted as a solid electron mediator. The graphene promotes the recombination of the electrons on BiVO4 conduction band and the holes on ZnIn2S4 valence band, and plays an important role on the internal charge transfer of Z scheme system.
