Abstract
The synthesis, structure and photo- and electroluminescent properties of Zn(II) complex of 4-methyl-N-[2-[(E)-pyridinylmethyl]phenyl]benzosulfimide are described. OLED device with this complex as light-emitting layer has been fabricated. The OLED generated luminance of more than 1000Â cd/m2 at 16Â V, current density 600Â mA/cm2 and rather low turn-on voltage of ca. 4Â V and power efficiency 1Â lm/W.85
