Abstract
Co-crystal containing 1:1 ratio of 4,4â²-sulfonyldianiline and hexamethylenetetramine has been prepared. The drug-drug co-crystal can be prepared by solvent evaporation and solid state synthesis (neat ball milling). Single crystal structural characterization of the co-crystal reveals that the co-crystal structure is secured by typical hydrogen bonds and multiple supramolecular non-covalent interactions. Thermal gravimetric analysis showed that co-former HMTA demonstrates higher thermal stability after co-crystallization with 4,4â²-sulfonyldianiline.261
