Abstract
Three new Zn(II)/Cd(II) complexes with 9,10-di(pyridine-4-yl)anthracene have been successfully constructed and characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction, element analyses, IR, PXRD. Complexes 1-3 have a 3D network structure. In addition, the network topology of 2 can be represented as a two-dimensional layer interpenetrating 6-connected framework with the point symbol of (412·63). Moreover, the solid-state luminescence properties and thermogravimetric analysis of complexes 1-3 have been investigated and discussed.235
