Abstract
Crystal structures and fluorescence property of two bromo substituted imidazo-[1,5-a]-pyridine derivatives have been studied via experimental and computational methods. These compounds exhibit blue emission and their supramolecular assemblies are stabilized through non-classical CâHâ¯Br, CâHâ¯N hydrogen bonds as well as CâBrâ¯Ï, CâBrâ¯BrâC halogen bonds.206
