Abstract
A facile and efficient approach for the synthesis of chiral vinyl aziridines has been developed in moderate yields and high diastereoselectivities via Zn-promoted aza-Barbier-Darzen type reaction of (R)-N-tert-butanesulfinyl imines with 1,3-dibromoprop-1-ene.
