Abstract
- Full scale plasmonic c-Si solar cells are fabricated with simple technique.
- Dewetting formed AgNPs show plasmonic resonance bands.
- The solar cells with no spacer layer with AgNPs have poor performance.
- The solar cells with optimized ARC layer do not benefit from AgNPs.
- The solar cells with 10-20Â nm spacer layer show performance similar to standard solar cells.
- The scattering gain is essentially strong enough to cancel out the absorptive losses.
