Abstract
⺠PTFE-Ag composite thin films were prepared by pulsed laser deposition. ⺠Wettability of the prepared porous layers was increased. ⺠Increasing the silver content of the target the resistance of the films decreased. ⺠Prepared composite layers may use in sensor technology.
