Abstract
⺠A matrix-based analytical “Tikhonov solution” to the inversion of ARXPS data is presented. ⺠Results are equivalent to those from a conventional unconstrained numerical approach. ⺠Positivity constraints shift the optimal regularization parameter away from the L-Curve corner.
