Abstract
⺠Regularization improved the accuracy and reproducibility of ARXPS depth profiles. ⺠The “S-curve” and “L-curve” regularization parameters were shown to be equivalent. ⺠“S-curve” parameterization was optimal in 50% of cases for the MaxEnt regulator.
