Abstract
In this paper, we investigated the influence of hot deformation parameters on the distribution and proliferation of twin boundaries during dynamic recrystallization (DRX). The results showed that microstructure evolution is characterized by a process of “dynamic recovery (DRV)ânecklace/multiple necklaceâfully DRX” with increasing temperature and decreasing strain rate. The predominant proliferation mechanism of Σ3n (1 â¤Â n â¤Â 3) boundaries is transformed from Σ3 regeneration to new twinning during the growth of DRX grains.
