Abstract
Bohr Hamiltonian is considered in presence of generalized form of Davidson potential. Applications of this potential are tried out for two cases of γâ300 and γâ00 which result in an approximately and an exactly separation of variables, respectively, of the Bohr Hamiltonian. Then, for each case, the energy expression of this system is derived and shown the limit cases, recover results related to original Davidson potential in Bohr Hamiltonian. Furthermore, applications of the present solution to experimental data of some isotopes are brought.
