Abstract
⺠We did a user-centered design study to develop NFC-based meal vouchers. ⺠We varied the order of card sorting and paper prototyping in 8 groups of 4 users. ⺠Doing paper prototyping first resulted in deeper insights into participants' mental models. ⺠Paper prototyping seems to prevent coming up with new card sorting category names.
