Abstract
⺠Mixed reality is considered as a blended space of physical space and digital space. ⺠The concept of a blended space is developed drawing upon conceptual integration. ⺠The blended space will be more effective if the physical and digital spaces have correspondences. ⺠The issue of presence in this blended space is discussed. ⺠Presence is considered as interaction between the self and the blended space.
