Abstract
Our result suggested that estrogen treatment significantly reduced the MPTP induced neurotoxicity as evident by decrease in oxidative damage, physiological abnormalities and immunohistochemical changes in the Parkinsonian mouse with cognitive deficit as compared to levodopa treatment.
