Abstract

At present, a large number of small and medium enterprises have not had a perfect performance management system and there also exist a variety of problems in the process of performance management, such as, unprofessional evaluators, unscientific performance indicators, shortage of performance feedback mechanism. To enhance performance management level, small and medium enterprises need to pay attention to the performance management, train performance management personnel, establish scientific performance indicators and and established bidirectional performance feedback mechanism.
