Abstract

Cooling effectiveness distribution of metal wall surface of scalelike platelet inner duct is studied in this paper by numerical investigation. By changing some parameters like main flow Reynolds number, blowing ration and so on, cooling mechanism of new platelet structure is revealed. Computation result shows that: the new structure brings a full play for cooling air potency, and also is helpful to reduce temperature gradient of wall surface; mail flow Reynolds number changing has small effects on wall surface cooling effectiveness distribution; as the increase of blowing ratio, average cooling effectiveness of the whole wall surface is increasing and the increasing amplitude has a nonlinear corresponding relation with blowing ration.
