Abstract
The structure of a super heavy numeric control boring and milling machine is introduced. The dynamic model is established on the simplified structure model. The virtual prototype of the machine tool is given for dynamic analysis. Then the FEM model is established on the virtual prototype. Finally the static stiffness, modal, reliability analyses are performed.
