Abstract
The Fundamentals of Computer is a compulsory course for college students. It is very important to improve the teaching quality of this course for the college education quality engineering. The reform solution is given to the problems in teaching this course in TGU. This solution is of considerable directive significance for the fundamental computer education reform of TGU and also can be a reference for other local universities.
