Abstract
This thesis attempts to analyze the sport of tennis in China from different angles by adopting methods of documentation and mathematical statistics. Tennis is a sport with elegance, fashion and profound cultural connotations. After being introduced into China, it has not been popularized as expected because of the Ju Guo approach, the impact of western cultures and the lack of middle class population who are potential tennis amateurs. There are also some suggestions on the development of tennis in China in the thesis.
