Abstract
												A novel mucoadhesive and thermosensitive in situ hydrogel drug delivery system has been constructed based on amino-functionalized poloxamer 407 for vaginal administration. The system is easily administered and significantly prolongs intravaginal drug retention without obvious irreversible mucosal irritation.322
