Abstract
The DPPH solution was immobilized on the microwell plate as dry reagent to construct colorimetric antioxidant sensor. A flatbed scanner was used as a microplate reader to obtain analytical parameters for antioxidant assay as scanometric technique. The sensor was optimized and applied for determining antioxidant capacity of plant extract samples.141
