Abstract
Opiate addiction is a complex chronic condition with somatic, psychological and social repercussions. Treatment requires adapted support and must adopt a long-term, global approach. Major progress has been made in terms of medication, but complementary treatments are often necessary in order to achieve the objectives set by the therapist and the patient.
