Abstract
Atopic dermatitis and psoriasis both possess a genetic, inflammatory and pruriginous component. Stress has a negative impact on these conditions. An allopathic approach is often adopted. Its failure is generally linked to a lack of compliance, a distrust of topical steroids, even a certain lassitude on the part of the patient. The pharmacist must explain the treatments provided and can, if necessary, suggest alternatives.
