Abstract
Communication is often seen as an art. It is above all an area of expertise which pharmacists must master. The evolution of the profession and the new missions which it is acquiring mean community pharmacists must ensure they receive the appropriate training. As they deal with patients, give advice, dispense medicines and carry out a pharmaceutical interview, communication is omnipresent in the pharmacy. Different tools and techniques enable pharmacists to adapt to each situation and offer a high-quality service.
