Abstract
The current study has been focused on fabrication of amphiphilic chitosan nanoparticles (ACNs) in which CS hydrophically modified by PL and stabilized by TPP under low pH. The nanocarriers will possess sustained and prolonged release profile of a hydrophobic model drug such as LTZ at different pH values.171
