Abstract
Coronary by-pass surgery remains the most common procedure in cardiac surgery. It is highly crucial to select the correct graft. An attempt is made in this article to review the different options from a realistic point of view. Coronary surgery should be tailored to the patient, and as well as to the known grafts in order that their “bad reputation” can be defended.
