Abstract
Surgical repair of chronic IMR with the asymmetric IMR ETlogix annuloplasty ring is a safe and effective technique. In our experience, it provides good clinical and echocardiographic medium-long term outcomes, mainly in patients with a pre-operative tenting height less than 10.65Â mm.
