Abstract
Patients with MS had increased abdominal obesity, hypertension, hypertriglyceridemia, inflammation factors, IR, homocysteine and microalbuminuria as markers of endothelial dysfunction. A correlation between homocysteine and hypertension and hyperlipoproteinemia showed that homocysteine could be used as a potential marker for atherosclerosis progression.
