Abstract
Coagulopathy in the critical burns patient with more than 20% total burns surface is not uncommon, is present at admission and increases during the first days of resuscitation. It was associated with deep and total burn surface and haemoconcentration. Inhalation syndrome was associated with coagulopathy from the second day of resuscitation.
