Abstract
The case is reported on a patient in the fourth decade of life with a non-studied hypercoagulability managed with rivaroxaban, with recurrence of thromboembolic phenomena endangering her physical integrity and significantly worsening her quality of life. This led to the need to understand the cause of the hypercoagulability, in order to provide a more successful anticoagulant, by determining the current trends and level of evidence and grades of recommendation.
