Our results showed that one-stage posterior focus debridement, interbody graft using titanium mesh cages, posterior instrumentation and fusion was an effective treatment for elderly patients with MNSTB. It is characterized by minimum surgical trauma, good neurological recovery, and good correction of kyphosis.
