Abstract
A new and more straightforward algorithm for computing the higher order frequency response functions of a broad class of non-linear systems is presented. The algorithm is not limited to specific harmonic inputs, and is applicable to a broad class of non-linear differential, difference, or time-delayed differential equation models. It is readily automated in software, and results are illustrated by means of an example.
