Abstract
â¢Our study highlighted the presence of a high frequency of multidrug resistance among the isolates that most of them were ESBLs producer with CTX-M-15 subtype.â¢This is an alarming situation for KTPs and medical teams by limited the choice of antibiotics.â¢The permanent monitoring of the treatment outcome of infections among KTPs can reduce the spread of bacterial resistance, the length of hospitalization, expenditures and side effects of drugs.
