Abstract
The full hydrodynamic equations with quantum effects are studied in this paper. We obtain global solutions and optimal convergence rates by pure energy method provided the initial perturbation around a constant state is small enough. In particular, the optimal decay rates of the higher-order spatial derivatives of solutions are obtained.
