Pointwise estimates of global small solutions to the generalized double dispersion equation

In this paper, we investigate the initial value problem for the generalized double dispersion equation in Rn. Under suitable conditions, global classical solutions are proved for n≥3 and n≥1, respectively. Moreover, pointwise estimates of global classical solutions are established when n≥3 and n is an odd integer by Fourier splitting frequency technique.
