Abstract
Evaluating tamsulosin hydrochloride-released microparticles prepared using single-step matrix coating Atsushi Maeda, Tatsuki Shinoda, Naoki Ito, Keizo Baba, Naoto Oku, Takao Mizumoto, Pharmaceutical Research and Technology Labs, Astellas Pharma Inc., 180 Ozumi, Yaizu, Shizuoka 425-0072, Japan. Microparticles containing tamsulosin hydrochloride exhibited similar in vitro drug release profile and in vivo absorption property to commercial product (Harnal pellets).
