Comparative characteristic of the inflammatory diterpenes in the roots of Euphorbia fischeriana with different preparation method using HPLC-ELSD

A validated HPLC-ELSD analytical method has been established for qualification and quantification of ten diterpenes in E. fischeriana. The results suggested that the dried roots are suitable for the ordinary therapy to avoid intense stimulatory. On the contrary, the fresh roots can be used in the anticancer treatment because of having more effective constituents within them.60
