Abstract
The cover picture showed the experimental flow chart of the study. To systematic assess the efficacy of Yinchenhao decoction in treatment of cholestasis, the major databases were searched from the different databases inception to November 2014. Randomized controlled trials (RCTs) of Yinchenhao decoction reported on publications in treatment of cholestasis were extracted by two reviewers. And the RCTs should include total efficacy rate and biochemical indices including alanine aminotransferase (ALT), aspartate aminotransferase (AST), total bilirubin (TBIL) and direct bilirubin (DBIL). Then the Cochrane tool was applied to assess methodological quality of included trials and data were analyzed with Review Manager 5.3 software.289
