Abstract
Proved anti-inflammatory mechanisms of LPPS and its purified components F1 and F2 through Toll-like receptor-2 (TLR-2) and TLR-4 pathways using lipopolysaccharide-stimulated mouse primary splenocytes. All of LPPS, F1 and F2 inhibited TLR-2 mRNA expression, however only F2 inhibited TLR-4 mRNA expression.96
