Abstract
Pharmacokinetics and pharmacodynamics data of Xiexin decoction (XXD) were investigated in ulcerative colitis (UC) model, and the relationships between pharmacokinetics and efficacy were evaluated by canonical correlation analysis. The results demonstrated that the multiple compounds from XXD in plasma and colon tissues might be the main material basis for therapeutic potentials in UC rats.367
