Abstract
Effects of ginsenoside-Rg1 on distribution of F-actin in podocytes. (A) Cytoplasmic filamentous staining showed F-actin extending to the cell surface and foot processes. (B) ZAS caused marked depolymerization and degeneration of F-actin, as revealed by the staining intensity. (C) Ginsenoside-Rg1 attenuated the injury of F-actin mediated by ZAS. (D) HIS slightly affected the distribution of F-actin.
