Abstract
► We studied the mechanism for the anti-inflammatory activity of sinomenine and LMS. ► Sinomenine and LMS can suppress TNF-α-induced VCAM-1 and chemokine expression. ► Sinomenine and LMS could suppress TNF-α-induced NF-κB and ERK. ► Sinomenine and LMS can modulate intracellular signaling pathways in FLS to treat RA.
