Abstract
⺠We studied the mechanism for the anti-inflammatory activity of sinomenine and LMS. ⺠Sinomenine and LMS can suppress TNF-α-induced VCAM-1 and chemokine expression. ⺠Sinomenine and LMS could suppress TNF-α-induced NF-κB and ERK. ⺠Sinomenine and LMS can modulate intracellular signaling pathways in FLS to treat RA.
