Abstract
The Fabiana species ((1) Fabiana patagonica, (2) Fabiana bryoides, (3) Fabiana densa, (4) Fabiana punensis) that grow in Argentinean Puna has been used in traditional medicine. The extracts obtained from plant aerial parts exhibit different chemical profile and significative differences significant in its biological properties. Genotoxicity was not observed.
