Abstract
⺠Extraction and analysis of total saponins from Panax japonicus. ⺠Cardioprotective effects proven by heart function, histopathology and biochemistry analysis. ⺠The formation mechanism is proposed based on the experimental results by analysing antioxidative and antiapoptotic and apotosis relative gene expressions.
