Abstract
The anti-allergic properties of Rehmannia glutinosa extract (RGE) on a mite allergen-induced atopic dermatitis model were evaluated by ear thicknesses and histological findings. RGE treatment effectively decreased ear swelling, dermis/epidermis thickening, and leukocyte accumulation in the dermis of NC/Nga mice.
