Abstract
The aqueous extract of Tabernanthe iboga (TBEt) stimulated insulin secretion in dose- and glucose (G)-dependent manners by inducing the closure of K+-ATP channels and the intensification of Ca2+ influx through voltage-dependent calcium channels.
