Abstract
⺠CART-LS-SVR has been demonstrated to have predictive ability. ⺠pEC50 can be estimated from molecular structure and some optimization. ⺠Obtained models can be used as instruments for risk assessment of chemicals. ⺠Toxicity mainly depends on octanol/water partition coefficient and polarity of molecule.
